CAN I BRING MY CAT, DOG, OR OTHER PET WITH ME?
We cannot accommodate any pets.
MAY WE COOK OR BRING FOOD/SNACKS WITH US?
Guests are welcome to have their own chef or cook. It is allowed to bring drinks and snacks for consumption inside your meeting room only. No food is allowed in cabins in order to avoid attracting animals.
DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?
Call us for current pick up/drop off rates and shuttle pricing.
WHO DO I CONTACT FOR EMERGENCIES?
There is always a host onsite who is available 24 hours a day. We will give your group leader a name and 24/7 phone number for your assigned host upon arrival. For medical emergencies dial 911.

We are open year-round and on weekends. Our friendly staff members would love to give you and a friend a free personal tour.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN MOUNTAINS OF PACUARE ACCOMMODATE?

WHAT TIME are CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT times?
For weekend retreat guests, check-in is at 1 pm and checkout is by eleven o clock.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN EVENT OR RETREAT?

Or, you may fill out our Book My Retreat form to make your initial inquiries. A member of our staff will contact you promptly with further information and responses.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS/BEDDING?
Our private rooms include bedding. Guests staying in cabins bring their own sleeping bags or linens for a twin bed. We are able to provide cabin bedding at an additional charge.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We can offer a full refund for your event if it is canceled (in writing) at least 120 days in advance.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE TO RESERVE AND GUARANTEE MY DATES?
Our staff can book your retreat as far ahead as one year in advance, or as soon as next week. Your dates are not guaranteed until we have received your contract and deposit. We book on a first come, first served basis. Advance planning is always appreciated and we cannot always honor requests for short-notice events.
